Carrie made my home buying experience problem free and she truly went above and beyond what other realtors have done for me in the past. While this was not my first purchase it was my first time dealing on a foreclosure and Carrie’s knowledge and experience was definitely an asset – as were her numerous contacts to get work done in my home prior to me moving in. I also appreciate the personal touches like being available to let the workers in to take measurements, keeping me informed each step of the way and especially keeping in touch after the sale. It is refreshing to feel that my business was actually appreciated and valued. Carrie has continued to keep in contact and lets me know about volunteer opportunities in my community (something we had discussed during our interactions) which tells me that she values me as a person and a neighbor, not just as a client. The first time we utilized the services of Carrie Peddie was several years ago when there was a severe shortage of homes in Airdrie. She sold our condo in a week with enough profit to buy a house. When it was time to sell that house there had been quite a turnaround in the real estate market.
There was more than an abundance of homes to chose from but Carrie once again proved that once she signed an agreement with you nothing would stand in her way until the job was done. In this particular instance we feel she went far beyond the expectations of a realtor and happily we again ended up with a profit. The last time we enlisted the services of Carrie was the Spring of 2011. Due to health reasons we felt it was time to sell our house and move into something smaller which was a Condo. Carrie put the For Sale sign up on a Wednesday and not only was the house sold by the following Saturday but she sold it higher than the list price.

In our opinion, Carrie Peddie will not only find a buyer for your home but will at the same time find a new home for you and she will do all this in a timely fashion so as not to inconvenience anyone involved. Carrie is always available to answer any questions and to aid in solving any problems. And what is particularly nice is that she will become your friend and will continue to touch base with you from time to time. If ever we need to buy or sell again, Carrie Peddie is the only realtor we would consider using.
