How to Choose an Agent

· Ask friends and family for referrals in the area you are looking

· Drive around the area you are interested in, and see whose name keeps popping up, the more you see their name usually means the more experience they will have in that area

· When interviewing an agent to work with you, ask them the following:

a) Ensure you communicate to avoid mis-communication on your common goal

b) If you are unsatisfied with the agents answers/responses/personality, thank them for their time and keep looking

When you find the right agent ensure:
