The first time we utilized the services of Carrie Peddie was several years ago when there was a severe shortage of homes in Airdrie. She sold our condo in a week with enough profit to buy a house. When it was time to sell that house there had been quite a turnaround in the real estate market.
There was more than an abundance of homes to chose from but Carrie once again proved that once she signed an agreement with you nothing would stand in her way until the job was done. In this particular instance we feel she went far beyond the expectations of a realtor and happily we again ended up with a profit. The last time we enlisted the services of Carrie was the Spring of 2011. Due to health reasons we felt it was time to sell our house and move into something smaller which was a Condo. Carrie put the For Sale sign up on a Wednesday and not only was the house sold by the following Saturday but she sold it higher than the list price.

We were transferred to Airdrie and our other residence took a year to sell… Carrie was very patient with our relocation and always kept in contact and updated us on the market. Talk about a resourceful person, we purchased our residence in Airdrie and the next day she had organized the blind retailer, painter, and contractor (to complete the basement ) as well as the home inspectors to meet us at our newly purchased home. We were living in a small condo in Airdrie and knew that we wanted to purchase our first house and keep the condo as a rental property. We had been looking for well over a year (on and off) with another real estate agent and were not finding anything in our price range that we loved. Some friends of our suggested trying Carrie as we knew we wanted to be in Coopers Crossing and Carrie is extremely well known within this area.

Carrie was extremly professional, friendly, knowledgable and honest. All great things when deciding to make the biggest purchase of our lives.
