My wife and I used Carrie 10 years ago to sell our home in the city and purchase an acreage. As a first time seller I required a realtor who has significant experience and could guide me through the selling process. I demanded someone who has knowledge and understanding of the condominium market downtown Calgary and Carrie delivered on all fronts. Our family was looking for an opportunity to purchase a home with more space in a great neighbourhood in Airdrie. When the right house came available, we contacted Carrie right away, based on her reputation in the community, to help us through the offer on that home and the listing of ours. We called Carrie on the Sunday we looked through the open house, had her out on Monday to look at it with us and write an offer, and our house was on the market by Wednesday to meet the conditions of our offer on the new home.
This process couldn’t have gone smoother from our perspective.
