Carrie is the definition of professionalism. Her knowledge and passion made the process of selling our house so easy. We highly recommend Carrie to everyone and are so grateful for all she has done for our family.

I recently worked with Carrie to buy my first home in Calgary, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. As a first-time buyer, I had many questions, but Carrie was patient, professional, and always available to provide clear explanations. She made a complex process feel very straightforward. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a knowledgeable realtor!

We had the absolute best experience working with Carrie! This summer, we both sold our character home and bought our dream mid century modern bungalow, and she guided us through every step of the process with so much professionalism and care. Carrie went far above and beyond for us. Not only did she handle the normal buying and selling, but also helped us navigate some tricky details with permits on our character home. She was always available to explain things clearly, answer our endless questions, and advocate for us. Thanks to Carrie we felt reassured and supported. We cannot recommend Carrie highly enough!

Carrie Peddie is an amazing full service realtor! She kept me informed and answered all my questions as a first time seller. When she says full service she means full service and it was a pleasure to work with her! I highly recommend her!

Carrie Peddie came to us via a neighbor's recommendation even though we had another realtor lined up. We are ever so happy we chose her to help us sell our home. Carrie is the epitome of professional in all she does. Even our lawyer commented on her capabilities. From start to end, she was no more than a text or phone call away. Response time was phenomenal. Her deep knowledge of the market and the industry in general contributed to our success in selling quickly and almost effortlessly. Highly recommend Carrie Peddie for your real estate needs.

I met Carrie 11 years ago when my travels led me to Calgary. I've had the opportunity to live in many different places since my youth, and I've worked with many realtors over the years, but I knew from the start that Carrie was different. She goes above and beyond and is everything you could want in a realtor – incredibly knowledgeable, proactive, and responsive, and does everything she can to support you throughout the whole process. I can say with full confidence that it is thanks to her that I was able to spend a wonderful 11 years in Calgary in a home I love. I'm now moving to a different city and enlisted Carrie's help to sell my home, which she did quickly and flawlessly. I feel so lucky to have met her and I really can't thank her enough for all her help.

Carrie was recommended to us by two separate parties and was very good. Easy to talk to and not pushy before we retained her to sell our home. She was very helpful in advising we would need an RPR completed (we did not have one prior), this ultimately saved us significant time and allowed us to be in the market when we wanted. Very responsive in all communications. Continued to check on the house after it was sold (and we were away) prior to closing, which gave us peace of mind. Would definitely recommend Carrie to anyone.

Carrie is the best in the biz! A couple of years ago she helped us sell our condo, and we were so excited to work with her again once we were ready to buy our home. She made us really feel like she understood what we were looking for, she made great recommendations for properties to view, worked with our schedules, and shared her opinions and insight in a way that made us feel heard and like she truly understood what we needed. Thank you for everything, Carrie!

We have now bought our first home with Carrie and sold our home and she was so amazing and supportive in both processes, we could not have done it without her. Not only was she attentive in both the buying and selling processes but she kept in touch with us and always made sure we were well in between! Carrie is not only great at her job but she is a caring person who you can trust! Thank you always Carrie!

Carrie sold our house in Calgary in no time, with exceptional customer service from start to finish. Both Carrie and her colleague Michael were always committed to our goals, making this a stress worry-free process for us.

Carrie stood out from other realtors we interviewed with her confident, clear focused approach. Her track record proves her approach is successful. We followed her recommendations and were highly pleased at her pricing and sales strategy. Our home sold first day, first client for a higher price than others suggested. We would absolutely recommend her as a top realtor.

Carrie is a fantastic realtor to work with. She has helped us with two home sales and two home purchases so far. If we ever decide to sell again, she would be my realtor of choice. She is very knowledgeable and her advice and support is amazing through the whole process.

My experience with Carrie was nothing short of fabulous. She walked me through every step of the sale of my townhouse, and it sold instantly. She was there for me with any questions I had, and it is clear why she is such a success in her industry. I look forward to working with her again when buying my next home!

I worked with Carrie for a few months trying to find our perfect home. I had a list of the most important things I needed in my house including location and schools; I was dreaming to find a place that would meet all of them, and any other realtor would have tried to convince me to drop a few of my items from the list, but Carrie was determined to get us our dream house for me and my family. She is the true definition of going above and beyond, extremely knowledgeable about the industry as well as the Calgary area and its surroundings. She helped me understand market pricing, is well connected in the business (banks, mortgage brokers, etc.), and has a keen eye for the pros and cons of any property she shows. She really is the best realtor out there! I'd totally recommend her and work with her a trillion times more. She is the very best.

There is a reason why Carrie has such a high rating. Carrie was an amazing realtor to work with! We spent 8 months...yes you read that right, 8 months to find my first home. She helped me navigate the hot market, and told me all of the positives and negatives of each property we looked at. I never felt pressured to over offer, or offer on properties that were overvalued due to the market. Carrie was extremely informative during each viewing, explaining many features of the home that may make it expensive and/or undesirable over the next couple of years. She did an amazing job helping me find my dream home and was extremely patient. I will definitely be using Carrie for all future real estate transactions. Would recommend Carrie to anybody looking to buy or sell a home! Thanks again Carrie!
